What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing in-home OT treatments under the guidance of a licensed OT (no trust falls, we promise).
- Tracking progress, adapting plans, and helping patients crush everyday goals.
- Teaching patients and caregivers how to safely do the things that matter — from getting dressed to conquering the microwave.
- Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won’t ruin your night.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), licensed in Massachusetts
1 year of clinical experience
A great communicator who values teamwork and can tolerate a bad joke
Comfortable working independently, without feeling stranded
EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally damage you)
Home health experience is a plus — but we’ll happily train the right person
