Modalities offered include: e-stim, ultrasound and diathermy. 2 rehab gyms with NuStep, practice stairs, fully operations kitchen, bathroom with full sized tub, parallel bars. Great rehab team!! . Short Term Rehab 40 bed unit (27 private rooms with private bathrooms) – all rooms stocked with rolling walker, standard wheelchair with leg rests and cushions

. Long Term Skilled Nursing (112 LTC private rooms with private bathrooms) with country kitchen dining

. Independent Living (207 apartments and 14 cottages)

. Stonebrook Enhanced Living (28 private rooms/rest home)

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• SNF experience.
