We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role with a reputable home health provider in Milford, MA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills needed for everyday life in community and home settings. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or accredited OTA program.
• Active MA State OTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred. Candidates with prior hospital or SNF experience will be considered; preference given to those with documented home health caseload management.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 6 points/day (30 points/week).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout a manageable territory that includes Northbridge, Upton, Uxbridge, Mendon, Millville, Blackstone, and Bellingham. Street parking and driveways are commonly available in the coverage area.
