What You'll Do
As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:
- Evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing personalized treatment plan
- Improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence
- Conducting home safety assessments and recommending adaptive equipment or home modifications
- Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
- Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to maximize safety and function
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation

Requirements
Need to have:
* Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
* Afternoon availability
Nice to Have:
* Previous home care experience
* Monday–Friday availability
