VNA Care is seeking a Per Visit Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for our Concord/Acton Team.
Home Health experience is required.
Schedule: Work any hours between Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Manageable geographic service areas
Position Summary: Provides therapeutic care to patients and families that focuses on restoring, promoting, or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
Education : Master of Science Degree with a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech and Language Pathology from an Accredited program.
Experience: Home Health experience required.
