What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/Per Visit- Acton-Concord-Waltham-Carlisle- Lowell-VNA Care position at VNA Care?
VNA Care is seeking Per Visit RNs for Home Health visits. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience.
Work any combination of days. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.
Requirements:
- Good standing MA RN license
- Home Health and Oasis E experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
