What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Home Health- Rutland, Holden, Paxton, Jefferson position at Visiting Nurse Association of Boston & Affiliates?
VNA Care is hiring LPNs for 40-hour weekday schedule. Home Health experience is not required , we will train you, fully paid orientation!
LPN Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p - No Weekends!
Territory: Holden, Rutland, Paxton, Jefferson

Training: We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor in the field for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning, Time Management and EMR system; Home Care Home Base. VNA Care believes in an ongoing supportive work environment.
Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.
Education
Completion of LPN Program required.
Licensure
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
