We are seeking a full‑time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at the Keyport facility. In this role, you will oversee front‑office operations and ensure every patient receives a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact for the site, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive environment and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $30,000.00 to USD $65,000.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits. Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of the health center, offering excellent customer service by interacting with clients and staff in a friendly, professional manner
- Create and maintain client files and medical records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide vital administrative support to the professional staff and practice manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage financial transactions and front-office operations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times
- Ensure efficient appointment scheduling, telephone communication, and processing of paperwork for clients
- Follow all organizational policies related to attendance, appearance, and confidentiality
- Perform other related tasks as needed to support the overall mission of the health center
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior medical office experience i.e. telephone, fax machines, copiers, appointment scheduling, medical billing, coding data entry a plus
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products
- Car and valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
