In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $40,000 to USD $80,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll and preparing related reports for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established payroll schedules. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize payroll system to process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 2,500 hourly and salaried employees
- Processes and updates employee payroll data from Human Resource Status forms
- Research and resolve employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and professional support
- Prepares and reconciles payroll summary packages and taxes
- Prepares various reports and forms for income verification, disability and related payroll inquiries
- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with co-workers
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Payroll, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of payroll processing experience
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
- Professional business office setting
- Regular use of standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier, printer, fax machine, and folding machine
