As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients by providing supportive, non-clinical care in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling options, with shifts ranging from as little as 2 hours to 12-hour and 24-hour care. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or as-needed work, we strive to match your availability with client needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to follow individualized care plans
- Flexibility to meet client scheduling needs
- Minimum of 1 year of in-home caregiving experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations and report changes in client condition
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
- Provide medication reminders
- Support personal care and hygiene
- Prepare light meals in accordance with dietary needs
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and pharmacy visits
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as an in-home caregiver (preferred)
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) such as Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, transfer benches, and walkers (training available)
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures; CPR certification preferred
- Understanding of basic housekeeping practices
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
