Pay: Starting at $16 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Shifts (Day, Evening, or Overnight)
Availability Requirement: Minimum 3 weekdays 1 weekend day
Pay Schedule: Paid Bi-Weekly

Flexible Scheduling
We offer flexible scheduling with shifts available every day of the week, including:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
Caregivers do not have to work all shifts. You may select the shift type that fits your schedule.
To qualify, caregivers must provide at least 3 days of weekday availability and 1 day of weekend availability.
Shifts range from 4–12 hours depending on client needs.

What Our Caregivers Do
This position provides non-medical home care and companionship. Caregivers assist seniors with daily activities such as:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, and brief changes)
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Running errands and grocery shopping
- Companionship and conversation
- Helping ensure client safety and comfort at home
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to drive throughout the East Valley service area
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
