You will be responsible for an individuals safety and well-being to provide supportive non-clinical care. Schedules may vary from 2 hour shifts and beyond as we do care for some clients 24/7, so scheduling is flexible to either part time, full time, or as available. We are seeking adaptable, compassionate, honest, in-home caregivers to provide the best care possible to seniors as well as others who need in home care.

Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license, working vehicle, commuting required and current, up-to-date insurance
- Must adhere to plans of care for client
- Must have flexibility with schedules per client needs
- One year of in-home, caregiver experience preferred
- Must have good communication skills, have active listening, between clients/families and staff
- Must be able to be calm in emergent situations and inform staff of any changes to client status
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
- Medication reminders
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Prepare light meals according to dietary restrictions
- Transportation to and from shops, pharmacy or appointments
- Perform light housekeeping duties for the client
- Be a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion
Skills
- One year proven experience as a in-home caregiver (Preferred)
- Knowledge and demonstration of DME such as hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer bench, walker/training is available
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response, CPR preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
