The Role
As our Athletic Trainer in the Performance Center, you’ll play a key role in delivering hands-on sports rehab and performance support. You’ll work collaboratively with our chiropractors and bodywork team to help clients recover from injuries, improve movement patterns, prevent future issues, and optimize physical function.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting functional assessments and movement screenings
- Designing and implementing individualized sports rehab and corrective exercise programs
- Providing manual therapy, taping, IASTM, and other hands on techniques
- Guiding clients through progressive return-to-activity and performance training
- Educating clients on injury prevention, mobility, and holistic wellness habits
- Collaborating with the clinical team to integrate care plans that support nervous system health and long-term resilience
- Maintaining detailed documentation and tracking client progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in good standing with the BOC
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Experience in sports rehab, orthopedic care, or performance training (clinic or field setting preferred)
- Passion for holistic and integrative health approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centered, empowering mindset
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented wellness environment
- Local candidates or those willing to relocate to the beautiful Bluffton/Hilton Head area are encouraged to apply
