- You LIVE in Kitsap County (REQUIRED)
- You have caregiving experience (preferred)
- You have an HCA certification or CNA License (we'll help you obtain certification w/ tuition help!)
- You have a valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and active insurance
- You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one!)
- You know how to use a Hoyer Lift, or you’re willing to learn
- You have a CPR/First Aid experience (preferred - but not a deal breaker)

Your Schedule!
- 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts
- Weekdays, weekends, or both

Your Caregiver Day-to-Day Duties:
- Help with bathing, dressing, meals, and daily routines
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assist with mobility safe transfers (Hoyer training provided if needed)
- Provide medication reminders and complete care notes
- Keep the home tidy and comfortable
- Communicate updates to your supervisor
- Encourage independence and meaningful activity

You’ll be helping seniors stay independent at home – everything from personal care to light housekeeping and companionship.
