- You hold an active HCA certification or CNA license (required for this live-in case)
- You have strong, proven experience in dementia care
- You have no physical lifting restrictions and are completely comfortable with hands-on care
- You have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and active auto insurance
- You have a Food Handler Card and CPR/First Aid experience (or you're fully willing to obtain them with our help)
- You know how to use a Hoyer Lift, or you're ready to learn

- Premium live-in case: 24-hour shifts (1 to 2 days per week available)

- Dementia care
- Companionship / emotional safety
- Personal care (bathing, dressing)
- ADLs
- Mobility safe transfers (Hoyer training provided if needed)
- Preparing and cooking meals
