- You have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance
- You have previous caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
- You hold a CNA or HCA certification (or are willing to certify with tuition help)
- You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one)
- You know CPR/First Aid
- You are comfortable with, or eager to learn, safe Hoyer Lift transfers

On an average visit, your next client may need assistance with...
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
- Safe mobility and Hoyer Lift transfers (training provided)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Documenting care and reporting any changes
- Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and joyful
