• You LIVE in Kitsap County (REQUIRED)
• You have caregiving or related experience (preferred - not required!)
• You have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle w/ insurance
• You hold a current CNA or HCA certification (not required; we offer training tuition help)
• You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one!)
• You have CPR/First Aid knowledge (not required, but nice to have)
• You can assist with transfers and Hoyer Lift use (or are ready to learn)

Your Job Duties & Responsibilities:

On an average visit, your next client may need assistance with...

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and Hoyer lifts
• Offer medication reminders
• Keep the home tidy, safe, and welcoming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care communicate updates
• Create moments of real joy and connection
