As a Verizon Team Member, you’ll get hands-on training and mentorship from day one no tech experience needed, just a great attitude!

What You’ll Do as a Verizon Team Member

• Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce them to awesome Verizon products and services
• Chat with people to help them find the best plans and connectivity options as a Verizon Team Member
• Help with new account setups and service enrollments
• Build real relationships by being a friendly, helpful voice for our customers
• Keep things organized by maintaining accurate records as a Verizon Team Member
• Team up with your colleagues to hit daily goals and celebrate wins together

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who loves talking to people and has a positive "can-do" vibe
• A motivated person ready to learn and grow as a Verizon Team Member
• Comfort working in a face-to-face environment with our community
• A team player with a goal-oriented mindset
• Experience in retail or hospitality is cool, but definitely not required for a Verizon Team Member!
