Client Enrollment Agent

Visionary Edge Solutions Inc, a customer-focused sales and development firm, is seeking a Client Enrollment Agent in King of Prussia who harmonizes homes where everyone wants the bandwidth. The Client Enrollment Agent will introduce clients to Fios, demonstrating how fiber-optic speeds and TV packages support multiple devices, users, and needs without compromise.

As a Client Enrollment Agent, you’ll meet with customers in person to provide connectivity solutions that seamlessly integrate into their daily lives. Whether they’re a family that loves movie nights, a professional who works from home, or a gamer who demands the best performance, the Client Enrollment Agent educates them on how Fios can meet their needs.

Responsibilities of the Client Enrollment Agent

• Welcome customers interested in Verizon Fios and deliver in-person sales experiences that encourage confident enrollment.
• Help customers in operons to compare Verizon Fios internet plans and enroll them in services that align with their internet usage and budget.
• Process customer enrollment information in person while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with sales procedures.
• Present current Verizon Fios promotions and service options that create additional sales opportunities during the enrollment process.
• Coordinate installation preferences and service details after customer enrollment to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the enrollment and sales process.

Qualifications of the Client Enrollment Agent

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer enrollment or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Natural ability to build trust and rapport during in-person customer interactions.
• Highly motivated to reach and exceed sales objectives.
• Resourceful self-starter who thrives in busy, customer-facing environments.

Pay: $950.00 - $1,450.00 per week
