In this role, you'll represent Verizon by meeting directly with customers, introducing wireless and internet services, and helping people choose the solutions that fit their needs. Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, athletics or simply looking for a fresh opportunity, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent
- Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce Verizon products and services
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the best wireless and internet solutions
- Answer questions about plans, devices, promotions, and available services
- Assist customers with account setup and service enrollments
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
