- Tax Preparation & Filing: Oversee the preparation and timely filing of federal/state income tax returns, estimated payments, extensions, and property, sales/use, and corporate taxes.
- Financial Reporting & Audits: Maintain exact tax payment schedules, analyze balance sheet transactions for tax treatment, and compile documentation to support audit inquiries.
- Operations & Planning: Manage incoming tax notices, handle regulatory correspondence, and provide data-driven analysis for strategic tax planning initiatives.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of corporate tax compliance experience.
- Proficiency in state return preparation utilizing Corptax software.
- Proven ability to independently deliver review-ready federal/state workpapers.
- Preferred: CPA designation, indirect tax experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
