Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end credit application process, ensuring data integrity and completeness before underwriting.
- Perform rigorous KYC verifications, validating business entities, tax certificates, and legal documentation.
- Execute reference checks with banks and trade partners to build comprehensive credit profiles.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to resolve onboarding blockers and accelerate approvals.
- Manage the onboarding pipeline to consistently meet SLAs and time-to-activate targets.

Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Credit Operations, or high-volume administration
- Strong verbal and written skills, with a focus on guiding customers through application resolution.
- Sharp attention to detail with a proven ability to identify data inconsistencies or missing documentation.
- Experience working in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables)
- Experience with a credit platform
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex application gaps.
