Project Manager

Exciting contract opportunity for someone who loves technology, and is highly motivated to be successful and grow their career as a Sr. Project Manager within a top notch enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute internal communication strategies—including newsletters and town hall coordination—to drive team connectivity, engagement, and organizational alignment.
• Lead onboarding programs and maintain comprehensive training materials to ensure rapid team proficiency and consistent system adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and deliver training on new features and best practices to maximize user proficiency and system adoption.
• Monitor and enforce application compliance and data quality standards, guaranteeing high-integrity reporting and reliable metrics.
• Utilize advanced Google Sheets skills to wrangle, clean, and transform complex datasets for informed reporting and decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycles, ensuring all procurement and contractual requirements for vendors and projects are met.
• Execute essential administrative tasks, including user access management, license monitoring, and timely closure of quarterly OKRs.
• Act as the primary administrator for key software, coordinating upgrades and managing configurations while serving as the main point of contact for technical support.
• Streamline core application infrastructure—including naming conventions, moves, and archiving—to ensure strict alignment with organizational structures.
• Oversee application integrations (e.g., Aha! to Jira) to facilitate seamless data flow and ensure accurate team/squad synchronization across platforms like Workday.
  
  

This is a 12 month contract-to-hire opportunity. It is an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a team that is seeking innovation in product and technology. Candidates must be located in St. Louis, MO and work 3 days a week in office and two days remotely!

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
• Experience with project planning, including maintaining budgets and staffing documentation.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Aha!, Jira) and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides).
• Demonstrated skill in drafting and coordinating internal communications.
