- Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and related tools
- Translate business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions
- Own platform health, performance, scalability, and ongoing optimization
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators
- Set development standards, review code, and ensure architectural consistency
- Manage release, deployment, and CI/CD processes
- Oversee vendor work and ensure quality delivery
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and training materials
- Enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards
What You Bring
- 9 years of Salesforce platform experience
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development
- 5 years of Salesforce administration across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
- Architecture and technical leadership experience
- Full-cycle Salesforce implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong DevOps and release management skills (DX, Git, CI/CD)
- Integration experience with APIs, middleware, ETL, and ERP systems
- Agile delivery experience
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Certifications Required
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer I & II
- Application Architect or Technical Architect
