HR Administrative Assistant
Immediate opportunity for a HR Administrative Assistant to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Records & Data Coordination: Maintain HCM system integrity by processing employee data updates and performing regular audits to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policy.
- Compliance & Verification Support: Facilitate the timely completion of employment verifications (VOE, DOT, Workers’ Comp), respond to legal subpoenas, and manage the secure handling of sensitive personnel files and third-party vendor requests.
- Workflow & Office Administration: Manage the intake, routing, and tracking of HR-related mail (unemployment/disability) and proactively monitor internal workflows to ensure all tasks meet service level deadlines.
- Reporting & Operational Assistance: Support HRSS teams through backend case management, generate standard reports, and assist with special projects by identifying ways to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery.
This is a 4 month contract-to-hire position in Grand Prairie. Enjoy an onsite work environment. Possibility for hybrid schedule.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- High attention to detail, emphasis on data accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Microsoft Office
- Extremely organized with excellent communication skills
