What You’ll Do
- Calibrate, repair, and maintain medical equipment to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Troubleshoot complex electronic and electromechanical systems using schematics, manuals, and test instruments.
- Perform safety checks on new and serviced devices and document all work accurately in maintenance systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on integrating medical devices with enterprise systems and electronic records.
- Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Stay current on compliance standards, regulations, and emerging healthcare technology trends.
- Serve as a trusted liaison with clinical teams, ensuring service issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- 1 years of experience supporting medical devices in a hospital or clinical environment including at least one of the following: Patient Monitoring or EKG or Anesthesiology or Ventilator or Incubator devices.
- Strong understanding of digital circuits, electronics, and electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret architectural and systems drawings.
- Confident communication and presentation skills with both technical and clinical staff.
- High school diploma (technical training preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
