Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Planner with SAP experience and a solid electrical background.
Essential Duties and Functions
- Plan maintenance and reliability programs.
- Create and manage project and outage plans using planning software.
- Prioritize work for efficient responses and cost control.
- Develop job packs with all relevant job information.
- Coordinate work orders and schedules with Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and 4-year look-ahead schedules.
- Manage manpower dispatch and availability.
- Provide technical support within CMMS modules.
- Maintain proper documentation for work orders.
- Identify material needs and liaise with vendors/supply chain.
- Develop KPIs and reports on schedule compliance, focusing on maintenance/inspection regulatory compliance.
- Assist in writing procedures and recommend training.
- Support budget development as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience
- 5 years of maintenance experience with SAP in oil and gas or petrochemical facilities.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution best practices.
- Familiarity with project planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus.
- Experience in a PHMSA-regulated facility is preferred.

Certificates and Licenses
- Must obtain/maintain a TWIC card and have a valid state driver's license.
Miscellaneous Requirements
- Required hands-on field experience and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Position is on-site, 5 days a week, at the terminal in Sabine Pass, TX.
- Preference for candidates with a TWIC; open to those willing to obtain one.
