Job Description

The Client Service Director must have a documented history of a high level consistent performance in the areas of service, industry knowledge, technical awareness, leadership skills and project management. Additionally, the Client Service Director is required to demonstrate a Service Excellence attitude to all clients and impart that philosophy within the organization. The Client Services Director should be distinguishing themselves as a leader and a premium service provider who sets the example for the CS Team. The Service Philosophy should underscore the statement of a premium service provider. The personal objectives should give direction to that goal. Bachelors degree required. Minimum 3-5 years previous Mutual Fund/Financial Printing/Commercial Printing and Fulfillment experience. 7 years previous experience in a Client Service environment; previous supervisory & leadership experience is a must.
