Events Associate

Do you enjoy being around people and keeping busy? Then this is the role for you. We are hiring an Events Associate to join our Cleveland team.

This is more than a job. You will be the friendly face of live events across the city. A warm welcome and a great experience can turn a first-time visitor into a lifelong fan.

You will join a lively, supportive team working at some of Cleveland's busiest venues. Full training is provided from day one. Whether this is your first job or a fresh start in events, there is plenty of room to grow here.

Events Associate Responsibilities

As an Events Associate, you will help set up, run, and pack down live events across Cleveland. You will greet guests, answer questions, and sort out any issues with a smile. You will also represent client brands face-to-face, keep event spaces tidy and welcoming, and support the team during busy periods.
