What Your Day Will Look Like
- Greeting customers with a warm, friendly welcome as they reach the checkout
- Ringing up purchases quickly and accurately at the till
- Handling cash, card, and mobile payments with care and confidence
- Counting your drawer and keeping your totals spot-on at the start and end of each shift
- Scanning, bagging, and helping customers get on their way with ease
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds smoothly and with a smile
- Keeping the checkout area clean, tidy, and fully stocked with bags and receipts
- Sharing the occasional deal or add-on to help customers get the most out of their visit
- Working with a close-knit team to keep queues moving and customers happy
