Position: SMT AOI/Inspector
Location: Gardena, CA
Shift: 1st
Compensation: $24/hr
Join our fast-paced electronics manufacturing team and help ensure top-quality circuit board assemblies.
Responsibilities:
- Operate AOI machines to detect solder joint and component placement defects
- Perform hand soldering, touch-up, and rework on SMT and thru-hole assemblies
- Conduct visual inspections using microscopes per IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards
- Review blueprints, BOMs, and assembly instructions to verify quality
- Follow supervisor instructions and documented procedures
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years of related experience preferred
- IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 certification required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficient in English and committed to quality and timelines
