Position: SMT Operator
Location: Gardena, CA
Shift: 6 am - 2:30pm
Compensation: $23- $25 per hour
Join a leading EMS company specializing in high-quality printed circuit board (PCB) production for industries like aerospace, automotive, medical, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate SMT equipment including solder paste printers (Ekra E4/X4), reflow ovens (BTU), and pick/place machines (Mydata & Samsung)
- Set up feeders, trays, and stencils for accurate component placement
- Prepare and run reflow ovens for PCB soldering
- Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a supportive team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to complete work in a timely manner, demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and promote quality
- Must be consistently at work on time
- Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Prior experience with SMT equipment 2 years minimum
