Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ACI MTS / UPF Specialist with strong expertise in the payments domain, particularly cross-border payment systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ACI's MTS (Money Transfer System) and UPF (Universal Payments Framework) products and will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and enhancing mission-critical payment applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in the Payments domain, with a focus on cross-border payments.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ACI MTS and UPF (Universal Payments Framework).
- Strong understanding of MTS/UPF configuration, implementation, and support.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support ACI MTS and UPF applications.
- Work with business and technical teams to implement payment processing solutions.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support enhancements and system integrations related to payment processing.
- Ensure application stability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
