Our client is a financial services firm headquartered in Fairfield County, CT. They are in the process of implementing NetSuite and Oracle FCC as their core ERP and consolidation systems and seek to fully optimize their technology in support of further growth.
The incoming Director of Financial Transformation will drive the optimization and build out of NetSuite and Oracle FCC, and serve as the intersection between finance and technology. Key details include:
- Own the administration and continuous improvement of all financial systems, work cross-functionally to enhance reporting, streamline close processes, and improve data integrity.
- Ensure core financial systems effectively support complex, multi-entity operations.
- Ideal candidates will have at least five years of NetSuite and Oracle FCC experience and a keen understanding of accounting concepts and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
