The Chief Financial Officer will act as the “right-hand” to President, serving as a trusted advisor and key business partner in driving the company’s long-term success. They will provide strategic and tactical guidance to support the company’s growth while fostering financial discipline across the organization and aligning the financial strategy with the diverse needs of this multi-entity environment. In addition, the CFO will automate and enhance processes and controls to enable greater decision-support, enhance financial visibility, optimize resource allocation and drive operational efficiency.
Qualified candidates will have current or recent experience as the CFO of private company which deals in tangible goods. They will be a hands-on leader capable of balancing the strategic and tactical responsibilities of such a role. They should be comfortable in a high-growth environment and possess the ability to streamline and operationalize processes.
