Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, and applications
- Provide day-to-day support for SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Develop custom web solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Support migration, modernization, and enhancement of legacy SharePoint content and applications
- Manage site permissions, access controls, and security configurations in accordance with DoD policies
- Ensure SharePoint solutions comply with cybersecurity requirements, including STIGs and RMF guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems, databases, and tools as required
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of SharePoint solutions
- Maintain documentation for site architecture, configurations, and development standards
- Provide user support and training for SharePoint functionality and best practices
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher (must be current and transferable)
- CompTIA Security certification (required)
- Experience developing and supporting SharePoint (Online or On-Premises) environments
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
- Experience with SharePoint administration, site configuration, and permissions management
- Understanding of DoD cybersecurity requirements and secure development practices
- Ability to work onsite full-time at Los Angeles Air Force Base
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services
- Experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or Space Force environments
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
