We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director, Upskilling and Learning Innovation to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving learning for our Global VD Sales and Solutioning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and execute a forward-looking learning strategy aligned with business goals and workforce transformation.
- Champion the use of AI and adaptive learning technologies to create sophisticated and optimized learning journeys.
- Course Design & Development
- Lead the design of high-impact learning programs using evidence-based instructional design methodologies.
- Oversee the creation of digital, blended, and experiential learning formats tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Technology & Tools Leadership
- Evaluate, implement, and manage cutting-edge learning platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, LMS systems).
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., generative AI, chatbots, recommendation engines) into learning workflows and content creation.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Drive adoption and engagement through compelling communication, change management, and enablement strategies.
- Measurement & Optimization
- Define KPIs and success metrics for learning programs, use data analytics to assess impact and continuously improve.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure learning solutions remain innovative and relevant.
- Craft performance scorecards that drive decisive actions, to ensure visibility and accountability across the organization.
