Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Houston, TX. The Salesperson will identify and prospect new business opportunities among property managers, HOAs, universities, and commercial facilities, and follow up on inbound leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining the virtual permit and manager portal features, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, supporting onboarding and implementation, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer feedback. The Salesperson will track pipeline activity, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide regular reporting on performance and market trends.
