Job Description: Salesperson
Position Title: Salesperson
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager
Position Summary
The Salesperson is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and meeting revenue goals by promoting and selling the company’s products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through customer visits, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell aluminum foil and foil pan products
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related fields preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Energetic and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Work Requirements
- Require extended travel and visits to client sites.
- Valid driver’s license

- Monthly and annual sales goals.
