Job description
As our newest Implementation Manager, you will directly contribute to business growth and product launches by working with clients and partners to best leverage and connect to our powerful payment technology platform and products.
This role reports to our VP, Implementation.
As an Implementation Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to become a leading expert in all Virtual Incentive products and be the face of VI to our clients as they launch their first programs with us.
Each client has unique needs and you will need to act as a trusted advisor, providing technical and operational guidance to help them effectively leverage our products and drive maximum impact for their business, while keeping the project on track and driving Virtual Incentives time to value.
You should be comfortable with managing client-facing communication across mature organizations and interfacing with executives, project leads, and operational teams, while acting as a customer advocate across internal product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation process for an assigned client list, working directly with clients to identify, prioritize and manage strategic needs for an efficient and effective implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects; Project manage client launches
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to drive efficient, timely forward progress.
- Be a key product/platform expert within VI, where the pace of innovation is fast.
- Work closely with the Engineering, Quality Assurance and CSM teams to build out functionality that meets client needs at launch and through the activation and stabilization phases.

What you bring:
- 5-7 years in a client-facing project management role, preferably at a growth stage technology/SaaS company; Solutioning for complex technical launches and integrations.
- The technical aptitude to understand how a program integrates with a client's preferred systems, troubleshoot issues during deployment, and effectively communicate technical details to clients and internal teams; understanding of web applications (e.g. json, xml, etc) and web services API's (e.g SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Experience with owning APIs, interpreting API documentation, and explaining APIs to clients.
- Experience interfacing with technical teams (product, engineering, devops)
- Prior experience at a FinTech company or other institution subject to regulations
- Personal discipline and self motivation; able to drive forward movement through influence vs authority
- Ability to work collectively with a team on constructing solutions to meet client needs
- Eagerness to learn, try new tactics and improve upon existing processes
- Bachelor's degree
Ideal Candidates also have:
- Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTP)
- Experience using Wrike
- Experience working with global client and partner teams

Base Salary is $100,000- $120,000 with up to 20% potential bonus and is commensurate with experience and location.
