About the Role

We're seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of AI-driven enterprise solutions. You'll be the bridge between our engineering teams and customers, ensuring that complex systems designed in 72-hour sprints transition smoothly into production environments where they create immediate business impact.


This is a remote, US-based position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines technical fluency with strong people skills, and is energized by solving customer problems at scale with AI-enhanced tools and methodologies.


What You'll Own

Customer Success & Delivery

  • Lead implementation projects from discovery through production deployment
  • Manage timelines, scope, and resources across 72-hour prototype cycles to full rollout
  • Own customer success metrics: adoption rates, time-to-value, user training completion
  • Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks before they impact customer relationships
  • Build repeatable implementation playbooks that scale across verticals and use cases


Technical Project Management

  • Coordinate between customer stakeholders, sales, product teams, and engineering
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate against delivery constraints
  • Manage rapid iteration cycles—guide customers through fail-fast culture, prototype feedback loops
  • Make go/no-go decisions on scope changes, timeline adjustments, and resource allocation
  • Document post-implementation learnings to improve delivery efficiency


Customer Enablement & Growth

  • Create implementation roadmaps tailored to customer maturity and business priorities
  • Lead knowledge transfer, training sessions, and documentation development
  • Establish success metrics and dashboards that align customer goals with system performance
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell triggers based on implementation patterns
  • Serve as primary customer advocate internally—represent their needs in product and engineering discussions


AI-Enhanced Operations

  • Leverage AI tools and LLM-powered assistants to automate implementation workflows
  • Use data analytics and AI insights to predict implementation risks and customer churn
  • Apply rapid-prototyping methodology (80% existing platforms, 15% integration, 5% custom) to customer solutions
  • Document best practices and operational patterns to train AI agents on your role
  • What We're Looking For
  • Core Competencies
  • 7 years of implementation, customer success, or solutions engineering experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-moving environments
  • Strong technical acumen (you can read and understand APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, but don't need to code)
  • Excellent communication skills: translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery cycles
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and production troubleshooting concepts
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) in customer contexts
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding delivery timelines and SLAs


Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Demonstrated project management experience (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, ambiguity, and scope creep in high-pressure situations
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration (engineering, product, sales, support)
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and learning from rapid feedback
  • Customer Success & Sales Enablement
  • Proven success building customer relationships and managing account growth
  • Experience with customer onboarding, training, and change management
  • Ability to create and deliver training materials, runbooks, and documentation
  • Experience identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and driving expansion revenue
  • Comfort with customer-facing presentations and executive stakeholder management


AI & Modern Tooling

Comfortable using AI coding assistants and LLM-powered tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)

Interest in how AI can accelerate implementation workflows and customer success

Familiar with LangChain, Zapier, Make, or no-code/low-code automation platforms – plus

Willingness to experiment with emerging tools and unconventional approaches to customer delivery


Nice to Have: Sales engineering or pre-sales background • Experience in enterprise AI/ML implementations • Background in specific verticals (consumer products, retail, beauty, operations, supply chain) • Certifications in project management (PMP, CSM, SAFe) • Experience with customer analytics, Salesforce, or CRM platforms
