Position Summary
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You’ll provide exceptional customer service while assisting with day-to-day property needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and creating positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Assist with package deliveries, maintenance requests, and resident needs using concierge software
- Coordinate amenity reservations, community events, and service requests
- Provide local recommendations and helpful information to residents
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
- Manage correspondence and resident communications
- Support resident move-ins and move-outs
- Follow building safety and security procedures
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (concierge, hospitality, or residential preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude
- Comfortable learning and using new software systems
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
