Duties
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing personalized concierge assistance.
Lifestyle & Personal Assistance
- Arrange reservations at high-end restaurants, clubs, and private venues.
- Coordinate personal services such as personal shopping, styling, wellness appointments, and luxury transportation.
- Assist clients with daily personal tasks, errands, and lifestyle management needs.
- Provide recommendations for entertainment, nightlife, cultural events, and exclusive experiences.
Travel & Hospitality Coordination
- Plan and manage luxury travel arrangements including flights, private jets, yachts, hotels, and villas.
- Develop customized travel itineraries including activities, dining reservations, and tours.
- Coordinate airport transfers, VIP meet-and-greet services, and travel logistics.
- Ensure seamless travel experiences by anticipating potential issues and providing solutions.
Event Planning & VIP Experiences
- Organize private events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
- Secure VIP access to concerts, sporting events, premieres, and exclusive social functions.
- Coordinate event vendors including catering, venues, entertainment, security, and décor.
- Manage event logistics to ensure flawless execution.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury vendors, service providers, and hospitality partners.
- Negotiate pricing and exclusive access for clients.
- Vet vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and premium service standards.
Operations & Administration
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences and service requests.
- Track bookings, reservations, and service confirmations.
- Handle billing, invoices, and client account management when applicable.
- Provide regular reports to management on service performance and client satisfaction.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, lifestyle needs, and expectations.

Experience
