More specifically, our fabulous Spa Concierge:
- Serves as back up for the management team, you always make sure things are running smoothly.
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
- Is a brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, beautiful atmosphere, with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure a memorable experience.
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special - the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.

Experience and Skill Requirement:
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in spa, hotel or salon.
- Zenoti software experience is a plus!
- Be reliable.
- Show impeccable attention to detail.
- Be friendly, polite, and eager to learn.
