Your “Non-Negotiable” Qualifications
- A Designer’s Eye: You must have a formal qualification in Design (Degree/Diploma) and a portfolio that proves you understand typography, whitespace, and composition.
- Brand Custodian: You treat brand guidelines as “the bible.” You ensure every hex code, font, and logo placement is pixel-perfect and consistent.
- Platform-Native Creator: You don’t just “post”; you design for the placement. You know how a LinkedIn carousel differs from a high-energy Instagram Reel.
- High-End Asset Creation: Design professional marketing collateral, social media tiles, and PDFs using Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
- Social Media Management: Execute the daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (DMs/Comments) across our core channels.
- Short-Form Video: Edit engaging Reels/TikToks with a focus on pacing, captions, and trending audio that fits our brand aesthetic.
- Marketing Implementation: Assist in building email layouts and basic campaign assets that actually convert.
- Tools: Mastery of Canva Pro is essential. Experience with CapCut (or similar) for video.
- Marketing Logic: Basic understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing flow.
- The “Adaptability” Factor: You are a fast learner who proactively suggests better ways to present our brand, rather than just waiting for instructions.
