Viridian Staffing’s Client is currently seeking a Founding Account Executive to join a fast-growing, service-oriented organization based in San Francisco, CA. This is an opportunity for a high-performing, full-cycle sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited by the idea of building something from the ground up while driving meaningful revenue impact from day one.
Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial outreach through close, working directly with founders, business owners, and senior leaders to understand their needs and introduce solutions that support more efficient operations and scalable growth. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to refine messaging, strengthen your approach in the market, and play a key role in shaping how the organization continues to expand its client base.

The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role within a high-growth environment, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. You are someone who is highly driven, competitive, and energized by performance-based environments, with the resilience and persistence required to succeed in a fast-paced, in-person culture, offering the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced leadership team in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Experience selling into operational or executive stakeholders is preferred, along with the ability to communicate value clearly and build strong relationships quickly.
Work Environment: 100% on-site in downtown San Francisco
Compensation: $120K-$150K/year (on-target earnings $250,000–$300,000 /year with uncapped commission)
