We're currently representing a PE-owned IPP who specializes in acquiring, developing, financing, executing and operating utility-scale solar and battery storage projects in the US. We're looking to speak with transactional renewable energy attorneys in DC with 3-9 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Project finance (tax equity, construction debt)
  • M&A (project and portfolios)
  • Project development and EPC contracts (PPAs, equipment procurement, construction contracts)
