The Custodial Manager provides leadership, supervision, and strategic direction for custodial services operations across the College. This role ensures facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained to support an environment conducive to learning. The position oversees daily operations, manages budgets and programs, and supervises custodial staff while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This is an essential personnel role requiring availability to respond to emergencies as needed.

Key Duties
- Lead and manage custodial operations college-wide, including work order systems, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional safety and maintenance standards
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate custodial supervisors and staff
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and high-quality customer service
- Develop, manage, and monitor custodial budgets, procurement, and vendor performance
- Conduct facility audits and provide reports and recommendations to leadership
- Manage inventory of custodial equipment, supplies, and support sustainability and energy initiatives
- Coordinate event support and serve as essential personnel for emergency response
- Serve as essential personnel and respond to emergencies, including inclement weather and facility issues

KSA's/Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in custodial services, facilities management, or building maintenance
- Experience managing building maintenance or custodial operations in a multi-building or campus environment
- Knowledge of custodial operations, building maintenance practices, and safety standards (including OSHA)
- Experience with work order systems, preventive maintenance programs, or similar operational tools
- Experience with budget management, purchasing, or procurement processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar computer systems
