Position Summary
As a consultant and/or facilitator on an as-need-basis for the Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA), our adjunct faculty are responsible for developing and/or delivering high-quality training sessions. This role may involve creating, developing, implementing, and facilitating
training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants that are tailored to meet the needs of CCWA’s clients.
Key Responsibilities
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

- Knowledge of adult learning principles, workforce development practices, and training topics such as leadership, customer service, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience in facilitating engaging, learner-centered instruction in in-person, virtual, and blended environments for diverse adult audiences.
- Experience in designing, customizing, and evaluating training programs based on client needs assessments and learning outcomes.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, faculty, and staff, and to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently, maintain accurate documentation, and work flexible schedules at various locations while adhering to policies and professional standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources or related field.
