Community Access Network, in partnership with VCHA, is expanding access to sexual health and STI services across Virginia, and we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about caring for underserved communities and improving public health outcomes.
This role is ideal for an NP who wants to make a meaningful impact—providing patient-centered sexual health care while helping reduce barriers to access through education, outreach, and compassionate clinical practice.
What You’ll Do:
Provide STI/sexual health services, including screening, testing, treatment, and prevention education
Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
Counsel patients on risk reduction and support informed, judgment-free care decisions
Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-up for patients
Participate in community outreach and off-site clinics to expand access
Collaborate with a mission-driven clinical team focused on quality and equity
